- Tuesday, Jan. 21 — James Savens, male, 61, of Webster Groves, Miss., was stopped at milepost 142 of US 395 for a speed violation by an Oregon State Police trooper. There was a dog alert to the vehicle, a blue Mercedes-Benz 500 series, and 21.6 pounds of marijuana was located in the trunk.
